  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service to improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the AdBrief AI service
  • Generate AI-powered performance explanations from your Google Ads data
  • Send automated daily/weekly updates to your clients via email or WhatsApp
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related communications and updates
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

3. Google Ads API Data Usage

Important
  • AdBrief AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We only access Google Ads data that you explicitly authorize.
  • We use the data solely to provide the AdBrief AI service as described.
  • We do not sell your Google Ads data to third parties.
  • We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
  • Google Ads OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • We use Supabase for secure database storage with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google Ads API: For fetching your advertising performance data
  • Anthropic Claude: For AI-generated performance explanations
  • Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication
  • Resend: For email delivery to your clients

6. Data Retention

  • We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
  • If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
